  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I work on my own, and I package and ship all my orders myself.

    Count at least 1 week before I ship your items, or 3 weeks to a month for originals.

    Once shipped, orders should take this amount of time on average to get to you :

    • Within the UK : 3 to 5 business days

    • Europe : 7 to 15 business days

    • International : 15 to 30 business days

    (Please note this is an approximation, and shipping timelines can vary depending on local post office/ customs/ world events as well.)

    How are bags packaged?

    All my bags are packaged in a waterproof cello bag, and ships in a bubble mailer unless the order also includes prints, in which case I will use a box or a sturdy cardboard mailer.

    RETURN/REFUND POLICY

    • CHANGE OF MIND : If you change your mind before your order has shipped, I will refund you in full (minus payment platform fees) no questions asked. Alternatively, I can exchange a print for another of the same format, at no extra cost, if the package hasn’t shipped yet. If you change your mind but your order has already shipped, I can accept items back within 60 days, and I will refund you the cost of the print, minus the cost of shipping, payment platforms fees and my PO Box fee, after I receive the item(s) back in their original condition.

    • DAMAGED ITEM : If your items were damaged in transit, please TAKE PICTURES and send them to me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate most situations, and either offer to refund, or replace when possible.

    • ITEM RETURNED BY POSTAL SERVICES : The most common situation I encounter are items that get returned to me by the postal services themselves. If the problem was my fault (I copied the address wrong or didn’t fill in customs forms properly), I will resend your order for free or refund you in full. If the item got returned because of an error on the client side (incorrect address, moved without notifying me in time, misspelling, item not picked up from depot in time, custom charges not paid), then I ask that shipping be paid again, as well as a small fee to cover my PO Box costs (I rent a PO Box that only charges me when I receive items to it, so returns of this sort cost me).

    • REFUNDS : I will refund an order in full if I made a mistake or the item was damaged by the postal services. For any other issue, if a refund is requested, I will refund most of the costs, minus, where applicable, the shipping costs (if the the package was shipped), payment platform fees (these are never more than a few dollars, but I don’t get them back if I refund an order) and my PO Box fee (if the item was returned and went through it, never more than a few dollars). I will always give the client a detailed breakdown of what fees were and how much I am refunding vs how much I’m retaining, with proof of costs if requested.

    TO REDUCE THE CHANCES OF ANY PROBLEMS OCCURING, I recommend upgrading shipping to tracked shipping if you can, for extra peace of mind.
