IF YOU ORDER A MIX OF PRINTS AND OTHER ITEMS, YOU WILL ONLY PAY FOR SHIPPING ONCE BUT WILL RECEIVE 2 SEPARATE PACKAGES (one with your prints, from my printing partner, and one from me, with the rest of your items).
What does this mean for your order?
Honestly, good things!
Such as :
FASTER SHIPPING : If you aren’t UK based, you should receive your item much faster than when I processed prints myself, as they won’t need to be squeezed into my busy schedule and should ship from a location closer to you.
LOCAL PRINTING : The supplier I use partners with printers all over the world, so your prints will not have to travel as far.
LOWER/NO CUSTOM CHARGES : Being able to process orders within the countries or areas they came from means that you should hopefully not incur as high, if any, custom charges.
LOWER CARBON FOOTPRINT : Being able to ship directly from more local printers means the environmental impact is much lower. Plus, the company uses as little plastic as possible!
This does mean that your prints won't come signed and packaged by me, however, so no cute little thank you note with your prints I'm afraid! Sorry :(
Those are still included in packages if your order things I ship myself though. *wink*
How long will it take to receive your order?
➽ PRINTS ONLY :
Average production times for prints are between 24 and 72h.
Since prints are processed by a separate manufacturer (as in, not by me), they are processed independently from any other item in my store and will ship separately.
➽ OTHER ITEMS :
All other items on my store are processed by me, so count at least 1 week before I ship your order, (3 weeks to a month if order includes original).
Once shipped, orders should take this amount of time on average to get to you :
Within the UK : 3 to 5 business days
Europe : 7 to 15 business days
International : 15 to 30 business days
How are prints packaged?
Prints are packaged either in sturdy envelopes for prints smaller than A4, or in cardboard shipping tubes with recycled plastic caps for bigger print sizes.
