☒ Originals DO NOT come framed or matted unless otherwise discussed or requested.

☒ No watermark will appear on your piece.

➽ ALL ORGINALS COME WITH FREE, TRACKED SHIPPING via UPS.

A signature will be asked for upon delivery.

‣ IRL colours and values may vary slightly from your monitor screen.

‣ This is an original piece, so might have slight imperfections due to the creation process.

‣ Purchasing an original does not transfer copyright. I retain all copyright as the artist. Modification, duplication or reproduction are not permitted unless a license is explicitly purchased to that effect.

All my original pieces ship with FREE, TRACKED shipping, and require A SIGNATURE upon delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

PLEASE NOTE that original pieces might take a little longer to ship than other products.

I work on my own, and I package and ship all my originals myself.

I don’t keep bespoke materials for each original on hand so I sometimes need to source pieces of packaging after a purchase has been made.

I also need to make sure I record as much footage and pictures of the piece as I can for my records before it goes to its new home.

That all means that an original can take between 2 weeks and a month before it ships.

Luckily, I only use UPS or DHL for shipping original artwork, which means that they usually get delivered within a week of dispatch.

(Please note this is an approximation, and shipping timelines can vary depending on local post office/ customs/ world events as well.)

How are originals packaged?

All my original artwork is packaged using corner protectors, sturdy board, and re-used bubble wrap and padding saved from any deliveries I receive, in solid cardboard boxes.

PLEASE BE AWARE : Because of their price point, I cannot refund originals in full like I can for prints or other items, as I incur fees upon receiving a payment, which can be significant when dealing with a sale of this size.

➽ CHANGE OF MIND : If you change your mind, before your order has shipped, I will refund you in full MINUS MY FEES. I will details what those fees are during the refund process.

If you change your mind but your order has already shipped, I can accept items back within 60 days, and I will refund you the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping and the fees, after I receive the item(s) back in their original condition, including all inserts (CoA, gifts, etc…) .
I WILL NOT PROCESS A REFUND IF THE ITEM COMES BACK TO ME DAMAGED BECAUSE OF INNAPROPRIATE PACKAGING.

➽ DAMAGED ITEM : If your items were damaged in transit, please TAKE PICTURES and send them to me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate most situations, and either a partial refund, or a return for a larger refund.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RECORD THE DAMAGE SO I CAN PROCESS A CLAIM THROUGH THE SHIPPING PROVIDER.

➽ ITEM RETURNED BY POSTAL SERVICES : The most common situation I encounter are items that get returned to me by the postal services themselves.

If the problem was my fault (I typed the wrong address or didn’t fill in customs forms properly), I will resend your order for free or refund you in full.

If the item got returned because of an error on the client side (incorrect address, moved without notifying me in time, misspelling, item not picked up from depot in time, custom charges not paid), then I ask that shipping be paid again, as well as a small fee to cover my PO Box costs (I rent a PO Box that only charges me when I receive items to it, so returns of this sort cost me money).

ORIGINALS ARE DELICATE ITEMS THAT I CANNOT REPLACE, AND THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO REFUND. Please understand that I will do my best to make everyone happy, but that I loose the most out of something going wrong with an original. I thank you for your understanding of the risks involved.
